The Claim Search feature allows you to use different data elements of a claim such as the Claim ID, Member ID and date of service to locate claims for a particular member or date of service.
It is important to note that the Claim Search Results will break claims into different sub queues according to their status within the workflow. Statuses are NEW, SUBMITTED and VALIDATION ERROR. You can also use the Claim search function to search for claims by network status.
