New Frontier Group established our Healthcare Advisory Board to provide expert advice and insight to clients when complex cases arise, and specialized medical assistance and consultation is needed for the best outcome. We have appointed this accomplished group of medical professionals based on achievements in their respective areas of medicine to advise the executive team at NFG and their vast array of clients in all aspects of current trends and special clinical situations. John Frick, R.Ph.

Director of Pharmacy and Chairman of the Advisory Board

John is the President of Innovative Pharmaceutical Services and the New Frontier Group Pharmacy Director. He has been an industry leader for over 40 years in all aspects of pharmaceutical and healthcare, specializing in global cost-management and best practices for high-service level patient care demographics.

Dr. Ameet Deshmukh MD, CLCP, CMCPS

Chief Medical Officer

As an innovator and active clinician, Dr. Ameet has vast experience in business and clinical medicine. He is board certified in Emergency Medicine and manages complex care daily. He supports NFG assistance, claims, clinical teams, and global clients.  His role includes helping stakeholders navigate healthcare globally, providing consultation on individual and complex cases, and coordinating care providers, pharmacies, and air ambulance clinicians depending on case needs. He earned his Doctor of Medicine and Bachelor of Biology at the University of Missouri Kansas City. He also holds certifications in wound care, hyperbaric medicine, life care planning, and medical cost projection.  He has completed several mission trips and supports the improvement of global care delivery.

Erick Axcell, Pharm. D. manages retail Rx operations and mail order pharmacy and is a current board member of a Midwest State Board of Pharmacy specializing in medical-legal issues and quality standards of care.

Linda Becker, R.N., is an oncology certified nurse specialist in the field of post-hospital patient care.

Baily Burt, Pharm. D. is a specialist in best practice and outcomes as it relates to disease state management programs for traveling patients.

Mandy Chancery, Pharm. D is oncology certified and a specialist in hospital discharge planning as it relates to medication reconciliation practices.

James DiRenna, Jr., D.O., is a practicing physician in family medicine. Hs is the past president of the Missouri State Medical Association and was an early pioneer in designing urgent care models and HMOs.

Joseph Gatti, DDS, manages a renown dental practice that is leading the way in concierge dental services and emergency dental procedures for a global population.

Jennifer Glazier, C.N.S., is a Certified Nurse Specialist in interventional cardiology programs.

Terry Glazier, R.Ph., is the director of a large midwest hospital group with years of specializing in patient care as it relates to the newly diagnosed diabetic patients.

Brittany Glenn, R.N., is an institutional based nurse specialist in the fields of pediatrics and neonatology.

Janet Hessenflow, R.N. is a long tenured nurse director in the fields of home-health care and hospice.

Mark Hoover, Pharm. D., is a practicing specialist pharmacist in the fields of infusion, specialty medications and pediatrics.

Annette Jenkins, Pharm. D, has many years tenured in the field of drug information specialist and disease state management programs.

Andrew Park, D.O., is a New York and Kansas City practicing physician in emergency medicine with emphasis in wilderness and field nedicine, and travel patients in remote global locations.

Kenneth Plitt, CRNA, MBA, is a nurse specialist in free-standing ophthalmology and surgical centers in the Pacific Northwest as well as an educator and practitioner and past President and Board of Director for State and National associations (AANA, WANA).

Monty Rogers, Pharm. D., is an industry leader in pharmacy benefit management programs for the global population.

Brooke Spicer, Laboratory Specialist, is the current CEO of a respected regional clinical laboratory provider of ancillary services to physicians and clinics nationally, with a focus in rapid COVID detection with emphasis on the travel patient space.

Bruce Taylor, Senior Director of Gov’t Affairs, Global Access & Global Policy, currently works at a cutting edge diabetes devise manufacturer, leading one of the most progressive efforts in the fight against diabetes.

Sandra Tillman, Pharm. D., is the President of Tillman Resources and is a practicing pharmacist and consultant to the insurance industry as it relates to best practices in pharmaceutical care.

Brian Williams, DDS, is a professor and educator at one of the midwest’s finest dental universities, advising and directing cutting edge dental service programs as it relates to specialty patients.

Dr. Kelli Musick, Pharm D, Dr. Musick brings vast experience in many medication therapy management classifications to the NFG Board. She has held important positions in one of the largest pharmaceutical manufacturers in the world as well as a prominent company specializing in immunology research. In addition to her medication therapy experience, she has expertise in immunizations, geriatric therapies, disease state management and interdisciplinary teamwork.
