After gaining extensive experience in international insurance and global assistance with her years at IHI Denmark, Gitte founded New Frontier Group in 2002. Since its inception, New Frontier Group has been a market disruptor and innovator in the global healthcare industry. Gitte has been a pioneer to provide unparalleled cost management, claims administration, pharmacy solutions, telehealth, and assistance services to clients worldwide. She is passionate about customer service and innovation and holds a B.A. in Economics from Copenhagen Business School and a B.A. in Languages from Aarhus School of Business.

Randall Condie

Chief Operating Officer

Randy has an extensive background as a sales, marketing, and operations. Prior to joining New Frontier Group, he held executive positions in the following industries - medical device, international cost management, assistance and healthcare service. With experience in start-ups and mergers, product development and differentiation, Randy is ideally placed to support the CEO in driving New Frontier Group’s strategic development. Randy directly oversees the operations and the evolution of our proprietary IT platforms which sits at the foundation of the New Frontier Group solutions.

Jerry Gonzales

Chief Information Officer

Jerry brings 25+ years of IT expertise to his role with a deep focus on Agile software development, medical claims processing, and EDI standards. His diverse background spans several key positions, culminating in a rich experience across the IT domain, particularly in medical IT. Jerry played a pivotal role in pioneering New Frontier Group's EDI exchanges with two of the nation’s largest healthcare networks, showcasing his talent for harnessing technology to drive operational efficiency and stimulating revenue growth. He is dedicated to fostering systems and processes that bolster collaboration and streamline workflows.

Pranab Rout

Chief Financial Officer

Pranab has over 20 years of healthcare leadership in Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial space with a commitment to quality and access to care. He has extensive expertise in operational, financial and analytics knowledge across payers and providers for revenue optimization and cost management. His transformational leadership has helped strengthen balance sheets, improve cost structure, focus on cash generation, and drive the right investments for the future of organizations. He has held executive finance positions for organizations such as Elevance, Molina, and Dignity Health and holds an MBA from the University of California.

Dr. Ameet Deshmukh MD, CLCP, CMCPS

Chief Medical Officer

As an innovator and active clinician, Dr. Ameet has vast experience in business and clinical medicine. He is board certified in Emergency Medicine and manages complex care daily. He supports NFG assistance, claims, clinical teams, and global clients.  His role includes helping stakeholders navigate healthcare globally, providing consultation on individual and complex cases, and coordinating care providers, pharmacies, and air ambulance clinicians depending on case needs. He earned his Doctor of Medicine and Bachelor of Biology at the University of Missouri Kansas City. He also holds certifications in wound care, hyperbaric medicine, life care planning, and medical cost projection.  He has completed several mission trips and supports the improvement of global care delivery.

Jules Christian

Director of Development and Implementation

Jules Christian is a Director of Development and Implementation for New Frontier Group. He works with all teams within the organization to ensure that new clients are implemented in a manner that optimizes value and efficiency. He began his professional career working with United Healthcare global for 10 years where he held positions in operations, IT, and product management. He worked directly with clients to refine requirements and was responsible for managing key blue chip projects for the organization. Jules expertise allows him to affect the change needed to assist New Frontier Group clients with continued growth.

Pauline Vadood

Director of Business Operations

Pauline has over 10 years of experience in business operations with a focus on data analytics strategy, organizational strategy, operational excellence, claims and call center services, and network liaison management. She is also an experienced medical case analyst with a demonstrated history of working in the hospital and healthcare industry. With her skills and background in management, customer service, insurance, strategic planning and time management, Pauline has the strong operations background to drive New Frontier Group operations.

John Frick, R.Ph

Director of Pharmacy

John has been an industry leader for over 35 years in all aspects of pharmaceutical care. He is an accomplished healthcare professional offering comprehensive knowledge of specialty niche markets relative to the pharmacy and home health care professions, long term care, hospice and beyond. John is focused on projects differentiating themselves from the mediocrities of the industry and assists in developing global Rx strategies focused on superior concierge, expert solutions for the global market. John’s division sources and delivers essential medication to members with no out-of-pocket costs. John is also Chairman of New Frontier Group’s Health Advisory Board and is based in Kansas City.

Paula Gamboa

Senior Director Business Development LATAM

Paula has a wealth of experience in the international and LATAM insurance and assistance sectors and possesses a deep business and cultural understanding of this area. She has lived and worked in this market for well over two decades. Paula is an active speaker on cost management initiatives and an expert in access to affordable healthcare alternatives in the United States. She currently resides in south Florida, giving her exceptional access to the Latin American market. She is focused on developing new and existing client relationships and launching new product and service propositions to this market.

Lucia Fregonese

Account Manager Europe

New in the business, Lucia’s background experience is mostly in hospitality. Her first working experience in Miami was as a stewardess on a private yacht, and after she moved to London for 7 years. Lucia grew in the hospitality industry from the bottom and ended up coordinating corporate events and wedding receptions. This background really helped her understand and respond in a timely and effective manner to the needs of customers. After moving back to Italy, Lucia worked as a buyer for an international company prior to accepting the job as Account Manager in Europe for New Frontier Group. She currently resides in northwest Italy 50 km west from Milan. Lucia’s focus is on strengthening client relationships and the overall customer experience.

Karin Rodelo

Account Manager LATAM

Karin Rodelo comes to New Frontier Group with background as an educator and experience in both Logistics and Account Management.  She earned a BBA in Business Administration and Management, is bilingual, and has traveled extensively throughout her career. She was born and raised in Colombia and spent the early part of her career in Mexico.  Karin will be located in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and is focused on strengthening client relationships and the overall customer experience.

William Beijer

Global Account Manager and Provider Relations

William has nearly a decade of experience in medical cost management, assistance services worldwide and international TPA solutions. Prior to moving into the global insurance market, he traveled the world as a hotel manager for large hotel chains and on cruise ships. He is a strong relationship builder who is passionate about delivering superior customer service anytime anywhere. William is born and raised in the Netherlands, fluent in 5 languages, and lives with his family in Miami.
