When New Frontier Group won the award for Best Cost Containment Company of the year in 2016 I could hardly believe it. In 2017 New Frontier Group was nominated in two categories and ended up winning the award for Best Cost Containment Company as well as Best Marketing Campaign of the year.

I can hardly believe it. For the second year in a row, New Frontier Group has been nominated for not one but two Industry Awards at the annual International Travel Insurance Conference. On November 8th, New Frontier Group will be anxiously awaiting the announcement to learn if we have won the award for Cost Containment/Claims Management Company of the Year or Marketing Campaign of the Year.

Flight arrangements, transportation to and from the airport, specialized care throughout the journey, medical equipment, hotel arrangements, and all accompanying charges can overwhelm even the most seasoned traveler.

Recently New Frontier Group handled a case surrounding a patient in their thirties that was attacked and scratched by a primate while on an international expedition. The patient was on a month long expedition to three remote, jungle locations in three different countries when they were injured.

Last month I had the privilege of being invited to speak at the inaugural MediGuide International Symposium on the Washington D.C. waterfront in National Harbor, Maryland. New Frontier Group is honored to be a chosen partner of MediGuide, contracted to service members of their programs.

As a first time finalist for the award, we were in a competitive category with amazing companies. I stood before 800 conference attendees and was overwhelmed with joy and gratefulness. This prized moment will never be forgotten.
